Lev Akko and Neot Tavor: two projects, two typologies, one region
Five buildings and 102 units in Akko, and sixty cottages in the Tavor area. One company, two models with nothing in common but the need to finish and hand over.

Two typologies could hardly be further apart: high-density construction in an urban neighbourhood, and ground-attached homes in a rural area. Both projects appear on the same list, and so they say something about delivery range.

One hundred and two units in five buildings is high-density in the full sense: an average of about twenty units per building, large common property, and shared systems serving a substantial number of residents. What that figure means in practice — for building expenses and for each apartment's share — is explained in the article on common property and by-laws.

- Under construction
Sixty housing units in cottages is an entirely different project. The common property shrinks, the development grows in weight, and the systems become almost entirely private. The risk mix changes too: fewer lifts and pumps, more waterproofing, drainage and yard development.
What changes between the two, from a buyer's view
| Parameter | High-density (Lev Akko) | Ground-attached (Neot Tavor) |

| Apartment's share | Small | Large |
| Building expenses | Divided among many residents | Almost entirely private |
| Main systems at risk | Lift, pumps, basement waterproofing | Waterproofing, drainage, yard development |
| Key inspection items | Waterproofing (4 yrs), piping (4), external cladding (7) | Waterproofing (4), yard development (3), piping (4) |
The full inspection-period schedule behind the last row is in the article on inspection and warranty periods.
