The project map: 31 projects, three fields, 1,868 published units
A portfolio can be read as a list, or read as a map. The map says something else: not what was built, but where they went back again and again, and what that means.

A project list is a marketing document. A project map is something else: it shows repetition. A company that built five projects in the same neighbourhood passed the same committee, the same infrastructure and the same registrar five times there — and that is not a figure anyone can invent.
The structure: three fields, 31 projects
The portfolio by field
- Residential

- 9 projects
- Urban renewal
- One project — pinui-binui, HaYotam Street, Haifa
- Total

The repetitions: where they built more than once
This is the part a list hides and a map shows:
- HaGalil quarter, Nazareth — five projects: Zidan One, Zidan Two, Galil View, Migdalei HaGalil, and Zidan Tower (coming soon). Details in the article on the quarter.

The reach: Akko to Gan Yavne
The projects are spread across the country — Nazareth, Nof HaGalil, Kiryat Ata, Akko, Migdal HaEmek, Yokneam, Nesher, Haifa, Afula, Hof HaCarmel, Misgav, Harish, the Tavor area, Ashdot Yaakov, Kiryat Motzkin, the Hefer Valley, Ra'anana, Rosh Ha'ayin, Rishon LeZion, Modi'in, Gan Yavne. This is not a single-region company.
Before reading meaning into that reach, it is worth knowing what it is not: it is not a quality measure, and it promises nothing about any particular project. What it does say is that this is a body that has worked with several authorities, several committees and several kinds of client.
What to do with this map
- Spot a repetition — if the project that interests you sits where the company has already built, there is a history there you can check on the ground.
- Compare status — "completed" is a figure you can go and see. "In planning" and "coming soon" are statements about the future.
- Check the classification — contractor classification and registration are checked in public databases. Explained in the article on contractor classification and the article on vetting a contractor.
- Read the specific project's contract — a map is no substitute for a specification. Explained in the article on the sale contract.
The two projects in marketing are Mitzpe Kalaniyot in Kiryat Ata and Zidan Tower in Nazareth. All 31 projects can be seen on the projects page, and the company's background in the article on fifty years.
